The IPTV service affects only customers on Maxis residing on TM infrastructure. Switching to the Ultra/Ulti Plug & Play Box is seamless and easy. The upgrade to the Plug & Play box is free and the box requires no satellite installation; simply plug to the internet and play to start enjoying stunning screen quality of your favourite shows. Customers currently on the Ultra/Ulti Box will be contacted to reset their Ultra/Ulti Box to the Plug & Play version while customers not on the Ultra/Ulti Box will be provided a new Astro Box based on their current subscription. There will be no changes to your broadband subscription.
